TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Payment secures your date and serves as an agreement
to the following Terms and Conditions:

By renting from Crafty Q Yard Cards , you agree to release Crafty Q Yard Cards and all its representatives from any liability as a result of injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during your display rental. We also release you from any liability if we injure ourselves while we are setting up or removing the display.

These signs are rental only. Price includes delivery, set-up, and pick-up of the display. Additional rental days may be possible based on inventory availability but will incur a fee.

Set-up outside of our service area may include a travel fee.

Damage/Theft/Other

  • We will set-up and remove ourselves.
  • Do not remove any signs.
  • Do not move or adjust any signs.
  • Do not allow anyone to climb or play on the signs.
  • Do not mow the lawn AFTER installation. It damages the signs.
  • Please protect our inventory from dogs.
  • Please water your lawn at least 24 hours before installation if has not rained.
  • Please note if the yard is too dry, we may not be able to install yard signs.
  • There is a $15 replacement fee for each damaged or missing letter/accent piece.
  • There is a $5 replacement fee for each damaged or missing stake.
  • Please do not attach anything to the signs including string, streamers, or balloons.
  • Please remain in your home/business during set-up.
  • Please post plenty of pictures on social media! We love to see happy customers. Tag us at @craftwithsuzy
  • Please inform us of any pets that may be in the yard.
  • Please clean area of any dog poop before installation.
  • Please inform us if gate access will be necessary.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • In the event of a severe weather warning (hurricane, lightning, tornado, etc.), you will be issued a full refund or credit for a future booking.
  • If you give us the wrong address, you will still be charged. A refund will not be issued if we set-up at the wrong address based on incorrect information given to us.

  • No refunds will be given due to yard conditions that prevents the display from being set up (i.e. hard ground, rocks, etc). Please water your lawn the night before.

  • No refunds will be given due to animals preventing the display from being set up.

  • No refunds will be given for being denied access to a gated community.
